RDDM Media LLC · Account, content & access
Terms & conditions
Personal access. Protected content. Clear responsibilities.
Version: 22 October 2026. Effective when published by RDDM Media LLC.
Your agreement with RDDM
These Terms govern rddm.media, RDDM viewing rooms and related accounts, tickets and Clash Pass services operated by RDDM Media LLC (RDDM, we or us). When you affirmatively accept these Terms, create an account under them or authorize a purchase incorporating them, you agree to follow them. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to optional tracking.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract, or meet any higher applicable age requirement. Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Use your purchase account: creating another account does not move tickets or subscriptions.
Your limited viewing licence
A valid ticket or subscription gives the authorized account holder a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the included content through the authorized player during the stated availability. You buy access, not ownership, a downloadable copy, commercial exhibition rights or rights in the music, performances, broadcast, images or trademarks. RDDM and its licensors retain the rights they hold.
Normal temporary technical copies necessary for authorized playback are permitted. Any other reuse requires express written permission covering the content and use, plus any other rights-holder permission required by law. Buying access, giving credit, using a disclaimer, taking only part of a clash, or making no money does not itself grant reuse permission.
No unauthorized recording, restreaming or redistribution
Except where applicable law gives you a right we cannot restrict, you must not do, authorize or help anyone else do the following:
- Record, screen-record, rip, download, reproduce, upload, distribute, mirror, retransmit or restream protected audio or video without authorization.
- Share a player, browser window, desktop, screen, captured audio or video feed with an unauthorized audience. This includes TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, X, Discord, Zoom, messaging, meeting, gaming and any other present or future platform.
- Use a viewer account as an input to an encoder, capture or relay workflow, sell access, or hold a public or commercial showing without written permission.
- Extract or share playback URLs, tokens, encryption keys, passwords, ticket codes or session credentials; evade paywalls or territory restrictions; defeat access controls; or remove rights notices and watermarks.
- Sell, rent, transfer or distribute an account or access, or share credentials so someone else can watch without their own authorization.
Tickets, Clash Pass and recurring payments
A ticket covers only the event or recording described in its offer. A live ticket includes replay access only if the offer says so. Clash Pass covers selected recordings labelled as included; it does not automatically include every replay or live event. Review the currency, final price, fees, tax, access period and billing frequency before payment.
A subscription renews at the interval accepted at checkout until cancelled. Account → Subscription & billing provides renewal cancellation; contact support if it is unavailable. Confirmed end-of-period cancellation normally stops the next renewal and preserves current paid access until the displayed end date. It does not automatically refund an already started period, except as the offer or applicable law requires. Material future billing changes require the notice or consent that law requires.
Maestro and its payment providers supply checkout, payment processing and entitlement services. Their applicable payment terms may also apply without removing mandatory rights against the responsible trader. Do not pay again to troubleshoot access: check your receipt and contact RDDM first.
Availability, compatibility and fair delivery
Check the announced date, time zone, device guidance, replay rights and access window before buying. Access is not a promise of permanent availability. Reasonable scheduling, licensing and technical changes may occur, but this does not excuse a paid commitment or remedy required by law. Material cancellation, rescheduling or delivery failure is addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You need a compatible device and adequate internet connection. Audio, fullscreen and casting depend on the browser, player, device and rights restrictions. We do not guarantee every device, uninterrupted service or a particular clash outcome. We must still exercise the care and skill and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Community, security and proportionate restrictions
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose another person’s private information, submit unlawful material or disrupt the service. You retain rights in your contributions, such as chat messages, and grant the limited permission needed to host, display, operate and moderate them within the service. You must have the rights to submit them; participation does not give you rights in the clash recording.
We may check entitlements, require reauthentication, investigate credible reports and restrict access reasonably necessary to stop fraud, security abuse, unauthorized redistribution or a material breach. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge an error through support. Statutory remedies remain available.
Content protection and enforcement
We may preserve relevant evidence where lawful, restrict violating access and submit good-faith platform or copyright reports where we own the relevant rights or are authorized to act. We may seek court-ordered relief, damages and recoverable costs where the law and facts permit. These Terms impose no automatic piracy fine, guarantee no damages award and do not make every contractual breach a criminal offence.
Report an unauthorized restream to rddmmedianow@gmail.com with the clash, platform, account or stream URL and approximate time. Do not republish infringing footage to report it. Reports must be accurate and consider lawful permissions and exceptions. If an enforcement action is mistaken, contact the same address with supporting information.
Responsibility and rights that cannot be excluded
To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect business losses arising from personal viewing. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for unlawful use or a proven breach for which applicable law makes you liable; you are not required to pay unproven penalties or indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
Warranty, refund, withdrawal, chargeback and other mandatory rights are not waived. Restrictions on content use do not assert rights we do not hold or remove protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes, disputes and contact
Updates apply prospectively and identify a new version. Material changes receive notice and fresh consent where required; changing a page does not retroactively rewrite a completed purchase. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining lawful terms, and a delay in enforcement does not waive a right.
Mandatory law and courts legally competent to hear a dispute determine applicable protections and forum. These Terms do not impose arbitration, select an unconfirmed state or country, or remove a consumer’s non-waivable right to bring a claim locally.
