Privacy policy
How your account, payments and viewing information are handled.
Version: 22 October 2026. Effective when published by RDDM Media LLC.
Responsibility and contact
RDDM Media LLC operates this website and is responsible for its own handling of personal information. Contact rddmmedianow@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. Maestro supplies account, checkout and streaming services; hosting, database and payment providers also process information. Their responsibilities depend on the activity and applicable law.
Information processed
Account information includes your name, email, account identifier and authentication/account status. Access and transaction information includes tickets, subscriptions, billing periods, payment/cancellation results and receipt or support information. Full card details are entered in the payment provider’s checkout; this website does not store a full card number or security code.
Website sessions use secure cookies, encrypted session credentials, short-lived recovery credentials and the technical information needed to connect the player. Saved titles and recently opened clashes are stored under an account-derived identifier. Those records are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous, and a recently opened record does not mean exact-position video resume.
Hosting and streaming infrastructure process technical information such as request times, network/IP and browser/device information, security events and errors. We also process information you send to support, policy acknowledgments where recorded and contributions such as chat messages. Chat can be visible to other viewers: do not post private information.
Passwords entered here are securely transmitted to Maestro for the requested authentication or password action. This website does not save them in its session or preferences store. Never share passwords, reset links or session credentials.
Purposes and applicable grounds
We process information to authenticate you; deliver access and playback; handle payments, cancellation, receipts and recovery; retain library choices; support customers; investigate fraud, security incidents and credible unauthorized-restream reports; maintain required business records; and comply with law. Contractual necessity, legitimate operational/security interests, legal obligations or consent may apply depending on the activity and your location.
We seek separate consent where legally required for optional purposes. Acknowledging this policy is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing, optional advertising tracking or unrestricted disclosure. Optional marketing must have an applicable permission and withdrawal mechanism; passwords are not used for marketing.
Service providers and other disclosures
Maestro processes identity, entitlement, checkout and streaming information. Its payment providers, including Stripe where used, process payment and fraud data. Vercel hosts the website and processes network/runtime information. Neon provides the website database for encrypted private state and account-related preferences. Information is shared as reasonably necessary for these services, under applicable arrangements and law.
Relevant information may be disclosed to advisers, authorities or platforms when legally required or reasonably necessary for a lawful security, infringement or legal claim, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice where required. An infringement report can disclose information relevant to the report; we do not promise anonymous reporting.
We do not publish account emails or payment data as a normal website feature, sell personal information for money or treat a viewing account as permission for unrelated third-party advertising. Embedded services may make their own processing decisions; review their privacy notices and cookie choices. We do not promise identical retention or tracking settings across providers.
Cookies, player storage and optional tracking
Necessary cookies and player storage support sign-in, security, recovery and playback. The website uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie; the embedded player has its own storage workflow. Search/filter choices may remain in URLs and browser history. Maestro may display additional cookie choices. Use available consent controls for optional cookies; blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in or playback.
This website currently adds no separate advertising-pixel or behavioural-advertising integration of its own. If we introduce materially different optional tracking or viewer-specific identification technology, we will explain it and obtain any required consent before use.
Retention and security
Website sessions expire within seven days unless you sign in again. Signing out removes that browser session’s customer and player records, not the underlying Maestro account or purchase history. Recovery credentials staged by the website expire within ten minutes and are intended for one reset operation. Expired private records are denied access and removed through routine cleanup.
Saved/recent preferences remain associated with the account until changed, removed following a valid request or no longer needed under retention review. Account, billing, consent, support and security records may be retained for ongoing service, applicable legal obligations, dispute resolution and evidence of the transaction or choice. Providers retain their own required records. Retention depends on the record and lawful purpose.
Safeguards include encrypted transport, encrypted website session storage, restricted server credentials and account-scoped access checks. We minimize diagnostics and avoid intentionally logging passwords, reset tokens or full card details. No system is perfectly secure. Report a suspected compromise promptly; we assess incidents and provide notices required by law.
International processing
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different laws and lawful-access rules. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply. Contact us for information about relevant arrangements. We do not claim information remains exclusively in your country.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or an applicable opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. Email the privacy contact without sending passwords or full card details. We may verify identity proportionately. We respond within applicable legal periods and explain lawful refusals or retention requirements.
Withdrawing optional consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Necessary data may still be needed to provide an account or paid service. You may complain to the privacy regulator competent for your location. Cancelling renewal and deleting an account are different: use Subscription & billing or contact support to stop renewal before closing an account.
Children and updates
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and act as required. This statement is not a substitute for safeguards required by children’s privacy law.
Policy changes identify a revised version, with notice or fresh consent for material changes where required. Contact RDDM Media LLC at rddmmedianow@gmail.com with questions.
